We recommend using our online help first but if you'd still rather get in touch, call us. Contact details for the relevant service can be found on the right handside of every page.

We receive a lot of calls every day so call wait times will vary during busy periods. The contact centre is open 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Please note for Business Rate queries our opening hours are 9am to 5pm and Housing Services operate between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Only emergency calls should to be made outside of these hours.
